As an Advocate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, all of Midas's consultants are required to have IRP membership. The forerunners to the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) was established over 60 years ago and re-launched in June 2009 to meet the ever increasing needs of professionals who deliver the UK’s recruitment services. The purpose of the IRP is to demonstrate professionalism in recruitment, develop the talent within the industry and reward best practice to ensure recruiters receive professional recognition for the valuable services provided.

Midas Rec2Rec is a member of The Association of Professional Staffing Companies. APSCo is the professional body representing the interests of recruitment organisations engaged in the acquisition of business professionals, on behalf of their clients, either on a permanent or flexible basis. To candidates and employers it provides a guarantee of excellence, best practice, quality, integrity and expertise.
